Direction for use

Take 3 capsules, twice daily, preferably with breakfast and lunch, or as directed by your healthcare provider. Drink a full glass of water with each dose for better absorption.

Important Information

Some users may experience mild detox symptoms like fatigue, headaches, or strong urine odor from sulfur-based ingredients (NAC, glutathione). These effects usually last only a few days. If you have a sensitive stomach, avoid taking it on an empty stomach.
