At LONGEVITà, we are committed to processing and shipping your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our standard handling time is 1 business day, which means most orders placed Monday through Thursday will ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday through Sunday typically ship on Monday.
FREE SHIPPING (USA)
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders. Depending on your location, your package may be shipped via one of the following carriers:
- USPS Ground – Typically arrives within 5–7 business days
- UPS Ground – Typically arrives within 3–6 business days
- FedEx Ground – Typically arrives within 3–6 business days
- Amazon Logistics – Delivery times vary, but typically range from 2–5 business days
Carrier selection is made at our discretion based on shipping address, product availability, and overall delivery efficiency. If you have special delivery requests, please contact us before placing your order.
PAID EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. These orders receive priority handling and may ship the same day if placed early during the business day and warehouse capacity permits.
- All orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment centers. Delivery times may vary depending on your location
DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:
- Please wait 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely
- If the package still hasn’t arrived, contact our support team at support@longevita-us.com within 5 days of the delivery date so we can investigate
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
- If you notice an error, contact us immediately before the order ships so we can correct it in time
- If the shipping error was not on our end and the package is returned to us due to an invalid or incorrect address, we'll gladly reship it, but additional shipping charges will apply
- If the package is not returned, or if we determine the address issue appears suspicious, we reserve the right not to reship or issue a refund
PAID SHIPPING REFUNDS
We do our best to ship paid orders on time using the shipping method you selected. However:
- We cannot refund shipping fees for delays caused by the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Amazon Logistics)
- If the delay is due to an internal error on our part or the wrong shipping method was used, we will refund your shipping cost in full
